Established in 2017, with offices in the US and the Netherlands, Innovative Foundry Technologies LLC (IFT) is a patent acquisition, management and licensing company.
Developed by a pioneer in integrated circuit technology, IFT's patents address novel transistor and packaging technologies, including copper interconnect, dual stress liners, Silicon Germanium transistors, FINFETs and high-K dielectrics, among other technological innovations. IFT’s patented technology allows semiconductor manufacturers to make integrated circuits that are smaller, cheaper and more reliable, while also operating faster and more efficiently. Global leaders in the television, smartphone, automotive and other tech industries rely on these integrated circuits to make small-form factor devices that are reliable, power-efficient and highly responsive.
IFT's portfolio consists of approximately 125 patents and patent applications. Approximately half of the portfolio consists of patents issued in the United States, with the balance providing strong patent coverage throughout key markets in Europe and Asia.
